‘Changing places:
 Arnhem – Berlin – Warszawa’

    English-spoken. 20 May 2005. TypoBerlin 2005 ‘Change’. Video by FontShop. Dur. 34:26

Martin Majoor discussed typeface design on the road, posters in the streets of Warsaw, and his favorite vodka from Poland. Before that he opened his presentation with an intimate goodbye to Evert Bloemsma who died surprisingly some days before at the age of 47.

‘Zwei Welten’

German-spoken3 April 2009. Fachhochschule Dortmund. Video by Sebastian Tomczak. Duration 36:32

Dutch-spoken. 16 February 2010. O.P.A. Showroom Arnhem. Video by Adam Chapman. Duration 30:01

Interviewing Martin Majoor

English-spoken. 4 April 2010. Fachhochschule Dortmund. Interview by Donald Beekman and Liza Enebeis. Video by Britta Mertens. Duration 37:06

Martin Majoor discusses his first lettering books given to him by his grandfather. He recounts his art school days in Arnhem and his teaching philosophies. He also speaks about his hate for Helvetica. You can listen to the same interview on the website of TypeRadio.

‘The Questa project’

Dutch-spoken. 16 February 2010. O.P.A. Showroom Arnhem. Video by Adam Chapman. Duration 19:21
